I carefully select ingredients that meet my standards for quality and flavor, and whenever possible, I choose products that are not manufactured in facilities that process wheat. While all Born a Baker cookies are made with gluten-free ingredients, they are produced in a home kitchen under Arizona Cottage Food regulations and are not certified gluten-free.
